These mushroom cakes are a delicious meat free version of a crab cake. Made with Lions Mane mushrooms they are meaty and take on the flavour of your seasonings. We got our mushrooms from the Sarnia Farmers Market and they are grown locally in Wyoming at Fisher's Fungi Farm! Enjoy
