We are excited to be co-hosting an event with Chef Paresh from Personal Touch Eatery and Catering on Monday October 27 at 6 pm at the Sarnia Library Theatre.

We will spend the first half of the event in the theatre, talking about local foods: where things grow and why, how they come to be in the store, as well as some suggestions for different ways that these ingredients can be used.

For the second half of the event, we will make our way into the Library Foyer and sample some of Chef Paresh’s creations, using the ingredients we’ve discussed.
