Shipping policy

We currently have four options: pickup in store, curbside pick up, delivery or shipping.

 

Where do we deliver? We deliver to Sarnia, Point Edward and Bright's Grove addresses Tuesday through Saturday. We will call to confirm day and approximate time.

 

How long until my order is shipped? We strive to ship orders within 48 business hours.


What happens if I don't get my package? Please contact us via email or phone as soon as possible. See current contact info on our contact us page.

 

What happens if a product I ordered is missing from my package? Please check all wrapping in the box prior to disposal. Sometimes we wrap breakable items in paper than may look like filler. Please contact us via email or phone as soon as possible. See current contact info on our contact us page.


Will I be able to track my package? Yes. All shipped packages contain a tracking number.


Why don't you ship to other areas of Canada? We currently offer shipping to Ontario and Quebec. Due to the rising costs of shipping our business can no longer sustain shipping outside these provinces. We do not ship to the United States.

 

Why do only some of your products offer shipping? We currently do not ship food or bulk refill items as we cannot safely ship it in our available packaging. We currently only ship lifestyle products that do not need to be consumed, refrigerated or store in different packaging to be transported.
