
Lentil pasta is considerably higher in protein and lower in carbs compared to conventional pasta with the added nutritional benefits of quinoa and rice.
Ingredients: organic red lentils, organic rice, organic quinoa
Preparation: In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt, if desired, and pasta, and cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes or until cooked to your liking. Rinse with cold water. Drain well.
