Ingredients: French green lentils
Preparation: Rinse lentils before using. Place 1 cup of lentils in a large pot with 2 ½ cups of water and ½ tsp salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer, cover and cook until tender, 25 minutes. Drain before use.
