Ingredients: Long grain brown rice
Preparation: Pick over rice. Put 1 cup of Long/Short grain brown rice to 2-2 ½ cups of water. Bring water to a boil. Cover the pot and allow it to simmer gently until water is absorbed. About 35 to 45 minutes. For variety add; spices, onions, mushrooms, soya sauce or other flavors to the rice before cooking.
