Ingredients: Wild rice, brown rice
Preparation: Rinse rice. Add 1 cup rice to 2 1/2 cups water in a pot. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer. Cover with a lid and simmer 35 to 45 minutes or until water has been absorbed. Remove from heat, fluff with a fork and serve.
