Red lentils are used around the world, most commonly in stews or soups. Red lentils offer a rich source of plant-based protein, dietary fiber, essential vitamins, and minerals that support overall health. Because their outer hull is removed, red lentils cook much faster than other varieties and break down easily into a soft texture ideal for soups, purees, and Indian dals.
Ingredients: split red lentils
