Ingredients: Yeast, sobitan monostearate
Directions: measure warm water (100°F to 110°F) amounting to four times the weight of active dry yeast into a container. Use part of formula water for this purpose. Slowly add yeast to water with continuous stirring until yeast is completely suspended.
Storage: store in a cool dry place
Tips: a typical amount is 110 g (will make about 12 loaves of bread)
