Thai Green Curry Chicken

Well, winter is finally here. The temperature has dropped and the snow keeps falling.

This past weekend I spent some time cooking this delicious Thai Green Curry Chicken. It is the perfect dinner on a cold, winter day. You can make it as spicy as you'd like. You can also substitute for any vegetables. 

The following ingredients can be found at GLRC:

• Green curry paste
• Canned organic coconut milk
• Dark brown sugar
• Jasmine rice, for serving
