Easy Everything Bagel Seasoning Buns

1 cup all purpose flour (or gluten free flour blend), plus more for dusting work surface
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup plain greek yoghurt
1 egg
4 tbsp everything bagel seasoning

1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt. Then add in yoghurt and store until combined.
3. Roll dough onto a floured work surface and knead until it forms a sticky dough. Divide the dough in four pieces and roll each piece into either a ball or a long rope if making a bagel). 
4. Place the balls onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
5. In a small bowl, whisk the egg. Then use a pastry brush to brush the egg wash onto the tops of the balls (you will not use all of the egg). Sprinkle the top of each ball with everything bagel seasoning.
6. Bake for 18-20 minutes (bagels will take 15-17 minutes), or until the edges appear golden brown.
7. Let them cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes, then remove to a rack. Wait another 15 minutes before slicing.
