Deep Winter Chocolate Cake

Well, it looks like winter isn't over in Sarnia-Lambton just yet. 

In honour of this cold weather (and my mom's birthday), I made this delicious chocolate cake. It is very rich and chocolatey, exactly what I needed on a cold, snowy day. My version calls for gluten free flour, but you can substitute all-purpose flour, or even whole wheat.
