Ingredients: Cracked wheat, cracked rye, cracked triticale, barley grits, yellow corn meal, millet meal, rice semolina, buckwheat grits,durum grits, rolled oats, sunflower seeds, and flax seeds.

Directions: Stir in one cup of cereal to six cups of boiling water in an uncovered sauce pan and return to boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cook for 25-30 minutes stirring frequently. Salt may be added to boiling water if desired. Serve plain or with added milk or yogurt. One cup makes 4 servings.
