Everything is blooming! I have a competition with myself every year to see when I'll notice the first buds on trees. I never remember the dates but it always fills me with gratitude when I notice them. My favourite spring time blossom is the cherry trees at Centennial Park and the honey hole of trilliums coming up in a future post.
What are your favourite spring time blooms?
Pictured here are: skunk cabbage (good job those who guessed it in our stories a couple weeks ago! I'm still not sure what that fungus was 🧐) and mayapple and trout lilies (I took photos of these beauties on this weekend's exploring).
